What are the ID's for all the items as I think that the Unbound gear looks badass

Well I certainly don't have enough space here for every id, however for the Unbound gear currently available:

You cannot craft them (yet, working on this for the next update)
And I would rather focus full-time on working on Starforge, sorry.

Any chance for a full list of fossil/bone ids from this mod? I completely understand if not, buildin myself a massive bone museum

Is there a way to craft the unbound table and what is its item ID?

There are multiple Unbound tables, if you are talking about the objects, yes they are craftable at the crafting tables mentionned below, their ids would be "starforge-unboundtable", "starforge-unbounddesk" and "starforge-unboundsciencetable".

As for crafting tables, no way of crafting them, you either use them directly at the Thalasso outpost or you steal some from Unbound villages.

The ids are "starforge-unboundgearcrafting" and "starforge-unboundobjectcrafting"

No, this would be the Unbound assault rifle.
The randomised rifles are starforge-combatrifle.
