What are the HECU dudes with lazers?
I keep seeing them! They don't seem to have any special abillities that i know of, they just have lazers on their guns.

Ah! That makes sense. I get hit by explosions but don't see any grenades rolling around me. I assumed that it's rockets, but apparently it's grenades which explode upon impact. The thrown grenades have a timer.
