Cant progress after saving roserburg
After making my way to regroup with the others, upon meeting them theres no dialogue just akward silence and the generic idle chatter the npcs make, while the sciencewoman just is stuck taking cover. The other npcs follow me down the stairs but upon going down to the basement I came across keypad and locked door I guess the other guard is supposed to kick the door open, But nothing happens. I tried reloading the save but that did nothing the AI is still broken.

EDIT: I ended up just reloading an earlier save and this time it worked. Only thing I can think of that I did differently this time is that I didnt back track trough the "loading" part while inside the building, just before regrouping with the others.

I have the exact same issue, it's preventing me from experiencing the new chapter. I heard of a way to fix this issue by reloading the map via console but then you'd lose the chumtoad plush if you're carrying it like me. Can I at least respawn the frog with a console command? Does anyone know how to do this?

I had the same issue. Reloading a save from the previous map worked.

If the place you are talking about is the one I think it is then you need to stand in front of the keypad and try to use it while you aren't blocking the door. I walked back up the stairs then back down...it reshuffled the NPCs so that the skinnier guard was in front of the door when I tried the keypad.

Happened to me as well. Enable and open console and enter "map bs_c3m2b"

Same issue. I think its something to do with the lady scientist animation not triggering. I played it once and heard her and Rosenberg have a discussion, then we all started heading downstairs but I had to quit and didn't save. Loaded back up from the autosave at the beginning of the level and she's just stuck crouching where otis (fat guard) and the skinny guard plus the orange jumpsuit worker kill two soldiers just as you come around the corner and regroup. She and Rosenberg never talk, and if I hit E on Rosenberg down by the secret entrance, he says "I'll wait here" and then turns and runs all the way back upstairs. Tried loading a save from the previous level, but ran in to the same issue.

For anyone having this issue, type map bs_c3m2b into console. This worked for me.

Or try to load different map (e. g. map bs_c2m0a) and then load back into this one.

Or you can skip this small chapter by loading right into the elevator with map bs_c3m2c
