The animations are pretty bad, but I think more specifically it's the crowbar collective npc models that are bad. The level design and everything else is perfection, but the characters need work they don't even look good by HL2 standards

Even if that's the case they've proven they can surpass the work that's come before them. The point of the discussion still stands, this deserves Crowbar(and Valve)'s full support, and really should be it's own proper DLC for Black Mesa. Not to mention it just makes sense to add Blue Shift and Opposing Force to Black Mesa as expansions or DLC anyway.

If you ask me, this team should be invited by Crowbar to join them the same way the team behind Narbacular Drop was invited to join Valve.

Bruh, this developer team ain't Russian. That team features other people outside of Russia. UnstoppableGiant is an American developer of this game and part of a team.
