Yea!
i'm using 1.3 and also Yes both jaws makes the same problem, i tested other mods jaws and they worked perfectly fine except the Evolved organ jaws just to make sure.

Very recently and in the past (like a month when i had only this mod on, lol it was my first mod ever), both of these times, Jaws did give my pawn a Disfigured debuff.

Un- and resubscribe to this mod and see if that fixes it.
You probably also need to remove the implant and reinstall it after that. You can do that with Devmode and the "Remove Hediff" and "Add Hediff" function though.
