Treachery fixes?
According to the mod below the game has treachery bugs. Does this mod fix them?

Also according to this mod there is a bug with Zeal in Mandate of Heaven.

im using the no treachery Mod and when Dong Min and his 24 vassals attacked the Han and forced me into war with them by Defending the Han "A More then Honorable Action" it I had 97 treachery and it only went down by 1 per turn, that did not help for peace since Liu Bei and the others under Dong Min loves to bend over backwards to anyone stronger no matter how far away or evil they are
