I figured this out by myself. If you want to have the locales.xlsx I can send it to you to integrate it in one of your next updates.

Hello, we have tested this yesterday, this needs a little fix, when you do not have snorkel it is not possible to turn on the diesel even when setting depth to 1m manually and having officed at the diveplanes. The boat sticks out of water sufficiently however with the air intake in the conning tower out of the water. I will have to change the threshold for the diesel intake, then it will be possible to turn on the diesels at this point. Before i change that you can order deck awash and as soon as the diesel starts, send mechanic to activate blow with diesel at the diesel engines. In my experience i needed only about 8% of compressed air to surface then.
