Bugs and suggestions thread
Known issues:

► There seems to be bug that when you put on the rebreather from the cabinet while underwater, the durability will not count down, but this I observed also before my modification.

► I have noticed some sailors staying on bed and its not possible to heal them, I am not sure if this is related to my mod or sailors getting sick in Alligator's mod.

► It looks like when the sailors drown and are not evacuated to safety in short time or when you save and load, its not possible to interact with their bodies anymore. I guess its realistic they die, but was entirely intended:)

I would love to see the Doors kept closed when in dager. In vanilla, you click to close the hatches for safety for instance when bombs are falling your way.. and a crew member will open closed doors and leave them open to get to the door that should be closed. everyone opens them to get to the next compartment but do not close them afterwards

There is already such mechanic in the game for the vertical hatches, the conning tower one and the external hatch that they have the "memory" of last state in vanilla and when someone goes thru they return o memorized state after used. It looks like they will add that in the B129 as there was announced that there is going to be option to close all hatches. But i can add that to the mod beforehand :) I will have look on weekend.

@salamander when I activate Iron Coffers and start new game, game remains in loading screen is there some additional steps that I forgot:
I turned off all other mods
I am on stable version b128 hotfix 4

It will be possible but I would have to integrate the complete changes I did to the wheel menu in the Iron Coffins, I will keep it in mind.

Hello, thank you, yes I know about that website since I started to mod and was looking for extra info regarding ballast control. I agree tons if valuable information. I also enjoy reading random logbooks.

Water in command tower
After activating this mod I noticed that there is generated water inside of the command tower (droplet icon visible). If I hover over the hatch from tower to central it says that there is 0.31 l water inside the room, even when the hatch is open. The water is not correctly falling from the tower to the bilge in the central below. The water is even visble in 1st person view, it is stuck between the hatch from tower to central and you walk through a water curtain if you take the ladder up to the tower. After removing the mod and closing and reopening this water volume disappears to the bilge. When reactivating iron coffins again, the water is generated again between the hatch and it is not possible to get rid of the water. Have you noticed this too?

BTW the bahavior is not present in your IBC mod.

I did some more research on this topic. When I've deactivated your mod, the water from the conning tower flows to the central. I then used the bilge pump to get all water out of the uboat and saved the game. When I now reload this savegame with iron coffins activated, the conning tower compartment starts dry, but fills up with water until 0.34 m3 is reached which is such the volume between the 'opening tunnel' between central and tower of the hatch.
