The May 1st update has made this sadly unusable with Harmony in Diversity
Harmony in Diversity uses a updated version of hammurabi but can't function with the hammurabi rework mod you say you now need for this. Is it possible to get a repost of the old versions for industry and suburbs?

I'm having an issue with compatibility with Civitas City States. Both UC and CCS, without the other, work, but both at the same time makes games unlaunchable.

if HiD reworks Hammurabi so that he no longer grants free buildings, that's fine, too. You don't need *my* Hammurabi rework necessarily. Older versions had the problem, too, I just wasn't aware of it and didn't add any warnings as a result.
