Same issues here, both the deconstruction freezing, as well as taking too long to load to help narrow it down. If no one else figures it out, I might bother taking the twelve hours to do so at some point though.

Same issue. Also have a big mod list:

Since both Hagamablabla and I used the same formatting for posting our mod lists, I was able to use technology to determine the mods we both have installed:
Gyroscopiclaser && Hagamablabla mod overlap [pastebin.com]

This narrows it down to 119 mods. I tested with this reduced mod list and the issue with pawns freezing in place while attempting deconstruction was still present.

Edit: I narrowed it down. The issue is Resumable Job Progress which lists this mod as incompatible.

That collection includes Resumable Job Progress.
