disabling the "cancel order for thick roof" in the option solve it but now I need to really be careful....

I am unsure if this is even a proper error but i figured id check as it does pop up the warning and its just peace of mind for my really.
"Also had to remove the "when mining" option, as I was constantly getting spammed that a roof would collapse when there was no chance of it happening. The 3 blocks available from a doorway were all cancelled because this mod believes that the roof would collapse (Spoiler: it didn't)."

@Kar_Root: Unfortunately there's basically nothing I can do until someone can tell me which mod is conflicting.
It seems only affect buildings that spawned on map (space ship scarp also affected), player buildings seems not affected by this conflict.
