a smaller, easier, and quicker suggestion is the CRJ-100/200. This one i have seen on the workshop, but is not the most accurate. I tried building one myself, but it does not fly and also isn't the most accurate

CRJs are quite a good pick considering that the next build is probably gonna be a regional jet!

both are very nice planes but i think they might be a problem with stormworks's poor management with big creations
