Ideas for New Features
I figured plenty of people might get some good ideas for potential new features, so I decided to start this discussion.

Maybe add a cvar to set the gmp_pp threshold health value at which post-processing effects begin to trigger. For instance, if the cvar were set to 75, then my PP effects don't begin to show until my health reaches 75 points.

Try to add a tab in the options menu, so that way you don't have to use the console, and find all the commands.
