Honestly come back to it when you have better weapons. If you have the Knightfall mod, some of those weapons are stupidly overpowered (Hurricane) and will ruin that boss fast. Also Knightfall has vastly superior med kits to be crafted (250 health in 2 seconds). For that fight I used red stim pack, Healing augment 3, and knightfall meds. Most of the Arcana bosses are tough in a way.
