From what I can gather from a little look-through, it seems that you gain Frames from a lathe crafting station, which is crafted at the tech station, which is crafted from the later tiers of the core Arcana crafting table that manages recipes like jupiter cells and other progression items. You will need four connectors per frame and to also supply power to the lathe (which I haven't quite figured out yet if it's bugged on my end or not, since I am using Arcana's power system to try and run it, but also have Frackin Universe and a bunch of other mods as well). I doubt the FU power system works with Arcana machines or the other way around, but in skimming things, this is what I've been able to find, anyway. Hopefully it helps.
