So I've found how to get the T4 loot bags... on the windswept planets. Sadly the weapons can't be upgraded. I've two other legendary the axe and a katana. Is there a different planet with a dungeon that drops higher tier legendary loot bags? Also in admin mode i seen there are augments for ruin and stuff, but they are hidden outside of admin mod, is there a way to get those?
