Crash On Startup

I have installed the following mods:

-Arcana
-Quickbar Mini
-Futura's Dragon Engine

when I launch the game "not always" I get the following error and the game crashes

Reinstalling won't do anything! The logic in here is, that the Mod Author has totally screwed over the fact to mention that people will need character extender mods for this, as the game is crashing upon rendering and patching CharacterCreation IOs and winforms

These kind of problems annoyed the people back in 2013 till 2016, and yet it is still up-to-date..
