It is crusher->purifier->refinery OR smelter (depending on what kind of ore)

so you turn ore into crushed ore and crushed ore into purified ore for maximum yield.

Ok thanks, now for my reactor question. I have my reactor hooked up to the coal boiler and a steam turbine. The coal boiler has coal in it, and its animated. The steam turbine says filled 0% What do you use to fill it up with?

For some reason you need a steam tank to catch the steam up first, that tank can feed the turbines.

The reactor is just another steam source, you can run it without the coal boiler.

Be aware though that these blocks might need a very low level of electricity, you have to jump start them so they can sustain themselves.

I gave up and removed the mod. Way too confusing, not to mention it creates an unnecessary amount of redundancy.
