Having an issue with small advanced rotors on a small grid. When trying to connect it to a small port or conveyor line, it attaches but doesn't connect (hovers over the connection). This allows power but not items and if placed on a conveyor line they show up as orange (no connection).

Tested vanilla and this probably doesnt exist so wondering if there is a solution to it (only playing with IO blocks so isn't a mod conflict to my knowledge)
