After the course of a few hours, I have marked:

3x sulfur
3x bauxite
3x niter
3x gold
4x cobalt
4x silicon
6x copper
6x nickel
8x iron
21x ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ coal

And ZERO titanium

Were is it!? The guide says it spawns on earth. The world was created with only IO installed. I've added some QoL mods on the side since. I've located deposits of IO ore so I know that they are spawning, but not a single one of the 63 deposits i've found contained any. Not even the rocks. Were there changes to titanium that make it not spawn on earth? I don't want to resort to "creative cheats" in order to progress. Please help
