1) the guards in the estate patrol around it..a lot of em just sit there and its weird
2) the door to your bedroom in the house is really just in the way, should be removed imo but thats just me..gets in the way too much
3) have the skyrim lore books on the bookshelves...i dont feel like searching 400+ locations for it XD
Maybe instead of a log house use a stone house that matchs the walls and have it as part of the wall in a corner or along the back with a tower attached in a oppsite corner that the guards can use. The stable idea is great, can u make it so some of our horses will stay there? make it big enough that we can ride the horse into it and dismount. Have the blacksmith forge and smelter next to it, maybe have a courtyard with a well in the center. Just some suggestions. BTW I do like the first estate you di, aside from the door glitch and the other things I thughtyou did an excellent job, keep it going you'll only get better.
