Had this abut a year ago and just remebered it existed. This is by far the best housing mod I've ever gotten. Its simple but convieniant, I love it!

Nicely done mod, the basement area is great for storing my collections in. I also like to use the Blacksmith shop when I have enchanted & improved items to sell, very convenient. Thank you.

Make sure you have the mod enabled, any mod that modifies the same area is odviously incompatable.

for some reason the estate doesnt appear on my map why is that?

If you remember which masks you lost, you can command console them back.

Great overall and I have been using it for a while now...one problem though...I lost all the masks from the stand afte the update:(

Well Done! The only thing I would ask for is more manaquins. I like to collect armour sets from quests and there is just not enough room to display them all. Other than that I like this mod.

A version 2.0 of the estate could then change the mask display area so you can show ALL the masks instead of just the regular masks. (see my castle mod as you can showcase alot of alot in the one room.

A popular request is that I add more room into the mod for children. I will take it under consideration as a version 2.0 of this mod. The guards are not perfect and I spent alot of time tweaking them and still some issues remain. I will tweak them alil more and release an update soon, prolly in the next week. Thanks for letting me know of that issue. If you have more ideas to add in a V 2.0, please speak them as I keep an open mind and love throwing ideas around.

Some current ideas I have ATM are as follows:
house with no load doors at all (enter and exit without loading anything)
a custom town
version 2.0 of the estate
version 2.0 of the castle

With that short list in mind, I am always open to new ideas and stuff to include / tweak.

No it is just for looks. I am in the process of making another mod. Its a castle. I am going to try to make the business ledger usable this time to hire followers / guards. Current status of the mod is im almost done. A teaser of whats to come, you can display all the black books, and alot more.

there is a Buisness Ledger in the house whats it for? are you able to make this into a buisness? I tryed to activate the ledger but nothing happerned. good job on the mod by the way everything looks great

When you first go in the guard house, there is a side table, right there is the key. It is actually in one of the screenshots I took above. If you still can't find it please let me know :)

In the description there is a mod that lists a mod so that your family can live here. I would work on improving the mod more, but as of recently I have lost all desire to mod.

I tried Edward and he worked fine, until i dismissed him and then i couldnt get him to follow to me again either.

Again, the masks disappearing is nothing i can easily fix, I used something the devs put in game but never used. Some have problems some dont. As for the follower, reload a past save or try getting someone else to follow, than dismiss them and go back to John. Hope any of this helps.

Other than that the mod is perfect, besides the dragon preist masks dissappear when i put them on the stand.

I was in Solitude waiting for the flecher to restock dadric arrows so I could make binding arrows to resserect the inn keeper in the tavern of the estate and after waiting 48 hours it said in the top left corner "Your follower grows tired of waiting and returns home." I was fine with that I had to sneak around and complete some Dark Brother mission anyway. After i completed getting arrows and killed that person at her wedding I went back to the estate to get John to follow me again, when I talked to him all he said was tidings, he had dadric armour and all my food, and i couldn't get him to follow me or get my stuff back (I need food for Imp's more complex needs mod). Please tell what I can to do fix it.

I can not say I have had that but again, I can not say I havn't lol. I am making a new bigger version of this estate, and I will make sure it doesnt happen in the new version. Thanks, glad you like the mod.

The mod is good, and the detail is good. The only problem I see is that sometimes the gards just run at the walls when an enemy is around.

The mannequins in game already have problems so I can't do much about that. I have tried to replicate the other things but never been able to replicate those so it might be another mod that is not compatable. Sorry that I cant help. Glad you like the mod!

i love the mod but there are some issues: 1)some weapon plaques don't let me take my weapon back, 2) the dragon priest mask stand made all of my masks randomly disappear, and the last problem is that the mannequins sometime dont show the armour but they hold it

If you look at the change log, it states everything I put in thats not in the origional description. Yes there is a chopping block.

Some mod houses do not have a wood block for chopping wood. Does this mod have one? This is the only item that completes a house mod for me. BTW its pronounced (fall kreeth) lol

I do not know if you saw the discussion Falkreath Estate 2.0, but I am making a bigger version of this mod. I will also be adding more mannequins to suit the bigger estate.

hello armymen, i was wondering if you could make another branch-off room that contains 20-40 mannequins, i tried to add on this room, but i failed to be able to activate the mannequins, thanks.

is great for people to collect books any improvements will be great i'm sure. the only problem i
ran into is the armor you put on the manicans you can't see it once you leave and come back its still there it just you can't see it. awsome work though would love to see more.
