Go down the relevant path of the focus tree. May I just point out that this is not a bug and it can be asked in the comment section of the mod.

Probably a me issue but requested Czech troops, annexed them but still have them as a external army?

It has the flag of the Slovakians, so I can't change the template of anything within the army, I can only disband them at which they now turn into a grey GUI division and I can't do anything about them.
