I feel like I tried nearly everything and city-states still don't work with quests.
I feel like I deleted whole CIV cache folder from documents multiplte times, reinstalled the game, reinstalled the mods.
Things that got solved:
- Scouts no longer all run to the same spot when on auto explore
- Ruins are back there
But
City-States give me additional relation when we meet and then in order to gain relation, I always have to create Envoy and send it there for a "mission", because quests doesn't work.
I tried to reduce mods to like 5-6 of your mods, I also tried different nations, cause all of my previous problems were when I run as Greek, but found out that nation was not the problem either.
So you just cleared cache started new game and it works ?
I had to once more clear the cache today, unsubscribe from all the mods, launched civ, went to mods I had all of the mods there despite unsubscribing, so I had to click on all of them and press delete one by one.
I had never had this happen to me, but when I did that, and I once again subscribed to all the mods and clicked them one by one, just then, everything started working again and I am receiving relations from quest and they are being completed as intended.
Now when I cleared camp I got the quest.
But I realized that for example completing Antikythera Mechanism for state that wanted it did nothing apparently.
