Lakeview Sawmill
Both Heljarchen farm and Windstad mine are in locations that fit them very well. And since Lakeview manor is in a pine forest and nearby a lake it would be fitting if you maybe could make a sawmill for that location. Just an idea.

Even if it isn't a Sawmill i Would love to see a Mod for a Business around Lakeview I hope the Author has already considered this. Lakeview has always been my favorite

Indeed it's the safest house no giant camps/tombs close by.Also a sawmill is a great idea since Falkreath is a wood producing hold.

yet still get the odd giant attacking >.< haha yea have been watching to see if he would make one for there, a fishing one would have good (lake) but he added that with windstad so logging it would be or somehow hunting.

Yes, all of the traditinal big "businesses" of skyrim have already been covered (mining, fishing, farming, and brewing) have been covered except logging.

I have not created a mod that involves logging, however Darkfox127's 'Millwater Retreat' features a logging business. It can be found on the Skyrim Nexus:

skvindt is that mod on steam? my computer does not like skyrim nexus if not plz ask the darkfox127 to put it on steam?
