The idea is pretty stellar. But the mod is broken as it is. It works but over time will not save current status and will just demo itself which makes you have to do it all over again.

Hi mate, I'm sorry but the mod isn't working for me. I bought the deed TWICE snd didn't get a prompt for it. I know the area where the farm is so I went there and it wasn't there.
Colour me disappointed!!! lol

the farm do not save withe skyrim save. this is propediem

this mod is Not working properly anymore. you purchase the deeds which the seller has 2 of, and go to the farm to build it and once its up and running if you go back whiterun for anything it resets the mod where you have to purchase the deeds again and then rebuild from scratch.

I had a problem where the companions gave me a mission to beat up a body guard added by this mod but the guard had dissapeared after a wile after I bought the deed for the farm. So I couldn't progress in the companions quest line.

Love the mods. Is there any other mods like this out there other than windstad mine and this???

Would love to play this mode but it clashes horribly with other mods even though it's a good distance from the house itself. It's halfway up the up in the air and can only reach the workbenches with console commands which is pointless as the finished farm is still partially floating.

@thealphapigeon from what i can see....you have to be awake every morning when the clock hits 8 so from 7:59-8:01 otherwise you wont get any profits

After downloading this mod and buying the Heathfire DLC, I started up Skyrim and my Skyrim totally crashed after loading the Bethesda logo. No warning, no error, just completely crashes to the desktop after installing. I unchecked it in the Data Files, but I really want to test out this mod... any help?

every time i visit Heljarchen farm the whole site is floating about a metre above ground. Any solutions?

Not an intuitive mod. I become a thane of Dawnstar and buy the Heljarchen hall but no option to buy the farm its self when speaking to the jarl. No contruction work stations on the farm either like the house has which leaves me confused.

for anyone looking for immersive type mods, you simply can't go wrong with this. it is absolutely amazing. the apiary and farming options are quite cool and useful, i especially liked how the author allowed for organization for not just key items, but most all items. pleanty of storage. a wonderful sight to watch upgrade. i can't wait to experience the mine, the other project the author created. BRILLIANT! thank you Skvindt, (even though i doubt you will read this). only hope that there is a SE version. all the best.

But i have problem with maind door to the farm. When i try leave farm throu them, game crash. So i learn leaving farm throu walkway door.

This is a wonderful mod, but slightly misleading. I know I'm not the only one to subscribe who thought I'd be living on the farm.

Skvindt, you may want to add a note to your discription saying, "This farm is an addition to your Hearthfire's Heljarchen Hall. You live in your hall, your workers live on the farm."

If you're still continuously developing this mod, could you see about updating it to be compatable with the Heljarchen hall Reform (edited) mod. They are both super cool, but the farm is half floating, and half underground when I have both enabled.

r_defect: Your system isn't powerful enough to run all the background scripts?

Well, try reloading a save infront of the door. If that fails, try resetting and reinstalling the mod, or just disable it temporarily.

I loded the mod and was sooo pleased with it but when I want to do the Nightcaller temple mission I can't get throug the door

@smol bean: Make sure it's an active mod for your game (box checked), you have the correct version (running the sse and trying to get the older mods, some don't work.). The right load order, (I recommend L00T) and if all that failed, uninstall the mod, reload the gam, make a fresh save, then try aing the mod again.
