b_vielha --> catalan_name_list = Viella (Vielha is occitan not catalan)
- c_puigcerda --> catalan_name_list = Cerdanya (the use of the "ñ" is basically castillan , not catalan and i see in landed titles you wrote Puigcerda, but this city does not exist by 867, the capital was Llivia
b_puigcerda -> Llívia (as this is the capital, for the reason i said before)
b_llivia -> Conflent -> conflent was a county but does not appear in the vanilla so i would rename this county conflent because geographically its accurate with this province
these are the main things i edit everytime i first start a game with Guifré el Pilos so i would do that !
