I'm not entirely sure - but I reckon the Enhanced Damage add-on handles the overall damage of Garry's Mod. It should be relatively compatible ^^

Sorry for the lack of clarity, the only weapons I've implemented so far were HL2, CSS, and DoDS - I've yet to work on more

Edit: I've made the list into a table for the integrated weaponry ^
