Is there any chance that you could add an option to allow repeat dialogue after the cutoff day (kind of like how the extended helicopter mod has an option to continue events forever)? A week is a very short time in this game and quite often I might not even have a radio before the cutoff. Erin Fontaine's parts I think are my favorite part of the mod and they make me happy. lol

EDIT: Well, they also make me cry sometimes but that's part of what makes it great.

The radio is rather cumbersome to accommodate players who missed things; though I am considering adding tapes of broadcasts, I just have to find a way to make them only appear after the broadcast has been initially aired.

I'm glad you like the story though, particularly Erin, she's my favorite too!

I would say get the tapes in first, worry about finding a way to timelimit them later. Players are really busy the first 10 days so it won't matter so much. One place to look for inspiration would be the helicopter events mod. They do supply drops etc based on passed time.

Also, I am working on an Aussie Ex-Patriot radio station based around the fictional community pub "SlushPuppy" Expect lots of swearing. Would be nice to have it merged into survivor radio.
Aside from locations, it is going to be vanilla, and expand over time (in game) to be a rotating 'educational' channel with several guests:

1. King Mattress "Cause I'm big, warm, and can bounce 2 chicks at once", the former bouncer for SlushPuppy teaches Nimble, melee weapons, and why you should not punch zombies. Real, ingame undocumented, useful information like the effects of carryweight on pushing zombies over will be included.
   
2. Coach Gutsly A wheezing, former footy coach who has knows his stuff, he just doesn't practice it. Teaches strength, fitness and.. motivation?
   
3. Symphonic Cyber Moonlight A vocoder enthusiast/higher plane being of synthetic love. Possibly a scrapped military project.
   Teaches Electronics, love and the search for inner calm.
   
4. Crack fantastic Plumber and stimulant enthusiast.
   Teaches Metalwork. May or may not give recipes on how to make "Vitamins".
   
5. Nurse Killjoy Depressed male paramedic
   Teaches first aid and.. knitting.
   
6. Bushy "Cause 'swampy' sounds gross." Host of the Show.
   Does special events like christmas, main character of the storyline. Tends to forget to bathe, often mistaken for a zombie pre apocalypse.

My plans are to have two radio stations, 166.8, the automated scheduling broadcast "for sh/ts who still don't have internet" using a TTS, that hourly states the upcoming broadcasts, and 166.6 FM, Bushy's Aussie Ex Patriot radio. As a bit of a joke most aussie's will understand, half the playlist will be 'Barnsey' (Jimmy Barnes.)

Having lots of fun listening to Richard trying to find the secret base in the woods, didn't get a radio until later on so I missed out on a lot of it. Also really bad with following the radio, hope he finds it.

the fact that reverend dans cough got progressively worse as the days went on was pretty nice touch. really sad when all the voiced channels stopped but i'm glad you kept the music there.

Erin is still my fav, I love that girl. Due to me being me, I've never actually caught her last few broadcasts til today. What's her cannon ending, does she die or is it to remain unknown?

She murders Agent 13 (Kyle) with a scalpel and a gun also goes off in the fight, it's unclear whether or not she is unscathed by the time she decides to loop the music.

I had a bit of a PC disaster and lost the UwU channel. May I get a frequency please? I like to use it for build testing. :3 Also (perhaps ironically) I previously only ever found the channel on a radio in The Back Rooms. XD
Also I think Classical for the Dead is my favourite. Having the background and making it home every night to listen to him became a sort of goal for me in game. Especially since I was playing with the Overlook map (an old firewatch map set) I was in the middle of nowhere. His dialogue was very relatable. Then I had a bad few days in game,missed several broadcasts and came back to listen. When he was not doing well after that? Felt bad.
In other words? 10/10 immersion. :P

I like reading all the radio transcrips on the wiki, but as these aren't official, and some are voiced, I can't find them. Any chance of posting the transcripts anywhere?

Erin was amazing, we're playing with a group of friend, and none of us missed a single of her broadcast, to the point where we had to restart and do another playthrough to listen to the rest. I would agree that repeating events would be rather nice, as it is very hard to listen in the first ten days.

On another notes and the main question i have to ask, is if there is any plan to do more with the surviving characters? 6 days is very short, (although i do get it is a lot of voice acting).

Regardless, this mod has earned a permanent spot on my modlist, it makes the game so much more alive and far less depressive.

Erin is just wonderful. Great story and wonderful pure voice.
But I definitely fell in love with Tarot station. The greatest voice ever. I always have a feeling that she sits in the room with dead bodies and talks to them. May be friends, or someone else. Especially when she pulls out the magician card. Best voice line ever. Thank you guys for such job.

I can't figure out how to get to Echo station. Isn't that where Agent 77 (Penelope) who may or may not canonically die would be in all technicality? Either way I REALLY want to get to it, especially since I have your underground facility expansion installed, along with Survivors 2 in 1, so I've got a roleplay idea to fight into echo station, reach a specific spot, and "find" (Spawn) an NPC and rename them to Penelope, 'cause I dunno I think it'd be cool?
