True Faith as a Vampire
Is there a way to get true faith as a vampire?

There are some npc vampire rulers with this trait. I tried to play as one of these rulers and there is even a decision to get true faith exp exclusive for a vampire

There are several artifacts than allow you to buy true faith for 500 faith - unless you are a demon or demon worshipper. The spear of destiny is my favourite. You might also get it from events.
