For landless vamps:
Hunts, camp revelry, hikes, sightseeing excursions. You need wanderer skills for the last two.

Much stress regen comes from your character traits.
Lustful --> sex --> stress regen
Zealous/sadistic --> abuse prisoners --> stress regen
generous --> gifts to anybody --> stress regen
vengeful --> steal stuff / be a ♥♥♥♥ to your rivals--> stress regen

Also, rivalries and friendships help a lot. Get a dog. Get a stooge/fool.

I don't have the DLC that lets me be landless, how do you do council meetings or survey the capital? I didn't have options for those
I was just looking for the standard feasts/hunts/etc but they weren't there which was annoying

Survey the Capital and Council Meetings are decisions, you can find them in the decisions tab with all the other ones, they get their own little tab too if I remember right
