Why not change the vampire government to the administrative system (vanilla Byzantine government)?
Why not change the vampire government to an administrative system? I feel like the vanilla Byzantine government might fit the flavor of Princes of Darkness better. Instead of relying solely on war, you could use your influence points to promote yourself or those you trust (childer, clan members, etc.) to become Princes of counties or duchies (apologies if my wording is unclear or if I’m not using the correct terms—English isn’t my first language). I think this would better match the flavor of POD, or is Dark Ages more focused on warfare? Just a thought.

What you describe is quite consistent with the tactics of the Camarilla.
In the Dark Ages setting there is some room for that as well. Maybe the Courts of Love or the Black Cross.
However, the political landscape is more fractured.
Many leaders are former knights and follow a warrior ethos.
Gangrel warlords and such hold a lot of turf.
The masquerade is less of a concern and open warfare with super powers is very much a thing.

I see, sometimes i am just tired of endless war to gain or defend my lands in POD, staying in my haven and using diplomacy and schema to achieve my goals would be a different level of fun, and I guess it might be fit to add administrative system to the Camarilla territories in the 1510 bookmark.

Administrative system is DLC locked, you would suddenly DLC lock the mere possibility of playing a vampire.
Also, Administrative system is a performance hog. The mere addition to it for Byzantium tanked vanilla performance by 25%. If we were to add it to every vampire... you can figure what would happen
