The store page of this game lists 6GB RAM as minimum and 8GB as recommended RAM.
Imo these numbers are about as truthful as the average TINDER account. They are losely tied to reality but more than slightly embellished.
The 6-8 GB might work out for the original base game without mods, no additional contend, no programs running in the background, ideal room temperature, no dust, normal game speed or slower, minimum graphics settings, ideal drivers, no energy saving mode active, etc.
Some players might see these reality+ numbers and mistake them for actual reality.
The base game and PoD have become more complex and added tons of content, which is wonderful. As an unfortunate consequence, 8GB RAM probably won´t cut it anymore and neither might 16GB.
