I was trying to do the "prodigal" event for my "Green Man" run, had everything sorted and found all the artifacts... save for the Book of Nod or the Spellbook. As best as I can tell, neither of them spawned in anywhere, I looked at literally every character with an artifact and they dint have it, I explored the Umbra and the Dreaming and it wasn't there, what the hell am I meant to do here?
