I started the game in the 14th century as a Ventrue, played until 1515, but I didn’t get the opportunity/decisions/events to create a camarilla. That is, the camarilla mechanics are only available for me if I start a new game in the 16th century after its creation. Maybe I did something wrong?

UPD: I found a event in mod files, which launch the "Convention of Thorns" and then it creates Camarilla, but i cant get how should it launch in common game. What a triggers for it? Cause i dont have any Inquisitions and Anarch Revolt during my game/
