Same as vanilla, just a chance each time a baltte or a siege finish.
Characters in PoD tend to have much higher prowess and skills that help them escape though so if you trying to capture say Mithras with a simple raid, it most likely won't work.

ok, so are any perks that might help you to get prisioners from sieges/balttes?

The vikings legacy perk from vanilla I think. Still available in the mod if your dynasty head is Norse or adjacent.
Nothing else comes to mind, It's not something we intent to help as a gameplay option much. It would be too easy to capture very old and powerful characters just because you were raiding their region otherwise.
