Levies
Started a new game after downloading all the mods in the pack that were needed. made a new character and her two counties are not providing levies.. is this a known issue or am i dumb?

Probably mod incompatibility. " downloading all the mods in the pack". Just use Princes of Darkness and nothing else and try again.
