Each book exists in two copies, you only need one. If you mouse over the items on the list above you can see who currently holds them. Last 7 books from the list are needed to create Chronicle of Caine, which in turn can be combined with Chronicle of Secrets and Chronicle of Shadows into the Book of Nod.

thank you a lot, i did not have a single minor book and any information about it, may be because i was playing as a custom character

You are not guaranteed to have a piece just because you have decision. Some artifacts always start with canon holders, or could be holders, or could not be holders, but devs biased. None of nested Nod's fragments start in Tremere's hands. But you might get lucky with second copies that are always randomly distributed. I once started with the Blade of Enoch, which is also random, in Azaneal run. Everyone died. So you never know.

No idea what happens to artifact when you custom its holder. I would assume nothing at all. I would still consider the scientifically proven fact that custom characters bring us closer to Gehenna, one step at a time.
