Hunter to Cainite
I saw at least one post with this but it had no responses.

Is there any chance that as a Hunter PC either in the Inquisition campaign or in another campaign that a Vampire can or will Embrace you?

Well, he appears in early game regional event for vampires in Germany. So you can Shrekt it alright, just the other way around. Assuming you survive.

i think you can do this with console commands or using the custom character creator

i embrace two revolt leader who are inquisitor, depends on traits, if you have Sanguine Hymn for exemple
