What about a tsunami

EDIT: Doh, just realised this is the Events mod not the mega compile. Stuff below isn't really events related; sorry for confusion.

Some ideas:

- Horse / ostrich / llama / alpaca / etc. escaped - quite common in rural areas.
- Van driven in to crowd of people
- Truck carrying livestock crashes and animals all over the road
- Bank robbery

- Cat in a tree, husband tried climbing to rescue it but now he's stuck too
- Trapped in refrigeration room
- Road covered in frogs
- Cracks appearing in the bridge
- Fractured bone eg. from a fall
- Breathing complaints - eg. asthma
- Swatting (or aftermath of swatting)
- Sinkhole
- Bad smell and flies in neighbour's house (corpse)
- Sighting of criminal that was on the TV news
- House / car burglar alarm

Some actual event type things:

- Anti-mask/lockdown protest (possibly better suited to corona virus mod?)
- Anti-war protest

I would remove the blood donation action because ambulances do not respond to blood drives.

Some events you could add:
Car meet or biker rally - Lots of car or motorcycle enthusiasts come to town and it'll cause a ton of traffic incidents and car accidents.
Art festival - Streets have bad traffic surrounding the incident and it causes EMS calls such as heat exhaustion
Surf's Up - The waves on shore are very big today so everyone has gone surfing. Increase in water-based incidents.
