It's a very tiny objection, but would it be possible to set the "Neural Stack" implant to not count as a body augmentation? As in, not triggering mood changes from Body-Purist/Modder and Transhumanism.

My reasoning is that it would be very normalized to have, especially among transhumanists. Would make sense for non-transhumanist bodypurists to still object, along with members of whatever the opposite ideology meme of transhumanism is.
