Huge consumption of resources at the start of the game
I have no idea why, but at the beginning of the game in the Empire, I have a huge consumption of resources and there are riots on all the planets. Is it a mistake or is it normal?

you're playing as the empire the people are pissed off because their slowly losing their freedoms and being oppressed by the new empire... it makes sense... the drastic change pisses off a ton of people ... the resource consumption is from unhappiness more than likely... unhappy people= Low producion/efficiency from pops it tells you on the negative effects of low happiness
