Wars of Aggression with Republic Loyalists
Ok, so i have recently discovered Sellaris, and also this Mod, which is excellent btw, and obviously i started my first playthrough as the Republic Loyalists.
As that faction you cannot make claims for other systems, except in a defensive war. I have so far gotten to 8087 and i have not been able to goad anyone into attacking me.
So how do i expand?
Suggestions please?

Ok, it seems i hadn't played far enough through. Once you form the rebel alliance you can change your war policy to allow you to claim systems and therefore conquer them.
Silly me!
