Theoreticly yes.
You would likely have to use steam cmd to download the workshop file, then once on your pc you place it wherever the other version of teh game goes, this does however require that the gaypass version is still the pc version and not some console version.
Im not going to post the process, you would have to google, Download workshop file through steam cmd .
