i just feel like icewind dale deserves a civ,or at least a city state,it is,after all,the place where the companions of the hall met (Breunor battlehammer,drizzt,regis,cattie-brie,and wulfgar).Its hero could be like regis the halfling or wulfgar the barbarian.Pls do it
