These mods work better in single player, in coop works if you're not the host.
If you're host, then everyone needs the mod...
If you keep activating and deactivating the mod without restarting the game it will also give an error. So I recommend restarting the game.
OR at least thats what happened to me.

Its just the technique that's a bit unstable or buggy. There's nothing I can do (or know) to fix these problems. Sorry :/
