Yeah, these are more focused to single player, however I think I can make a script to make people not using the mod see the default SI.
why is it so hard to find SI infected skin mods that dont fuck it up for other clients when running local?

Again, it's not possible with too many models in one, there's a limit of polygons that source models support, if you exceed that you'll see a distorted abomination.
It's not possible to keep so many models in just one model, that's why it's using a script with multiple models.
You sure you don't have anything conflicting with those models?
It failed to download some of the mods, try resubscribing so the game can download them properly.

Both, mainly its RNG (via vscript and skinfamilies), but some models have a map specific variant that can randomly spawn.
Like the jockey having all the normal variants but also the Straight Jacket skin which only spawns in No Mercy.

The unified skeletons are already included i'm these mods, you just need the animations fixes.

Unfortunatelly this technique only works "normally" on single player and coop (local host)... and its a bit buggy sometimes.
By the way, i'll update some of these mods soon :D
