During the Age of Revolutions there is a splendor ability locked to Germany called "German Industrialization" with a +33% Production Ability. I think it would be a solid idea to make this also valid if you're playing as Rhineland, as it lines up with a lot of missions and the general industrialization that took place primarily along the Rhine River
