Suggestion on future advisors
Basically, i plan to group them all into a collection, call it "Whispers from another time", because the advisors are communicating with you, using radio waves, who uses radio waves in 2200? Somehow someway you've managed to pick up their signals.

So far, i've got 3 more advisors planned: The Civil Servant, The Dictator and The Messiah. I'd love to make more but i don't know what sort of theme i should go with, so brainstorm with me here, would you kindly?

Keep in mind that i'll be asking my friends to voice act, i can't afford to hire professional voice actors. Because that would mean i'll have to beg on the streets, and the wifi isn't good there.

How about "The Conqueror" for barbaric despoilers? I'm thinking something akin to the Orks from Warhammer 40K.

"Someone's trying to talk with us? Time to smash them!"

"Something strange over there, have the smart boy poke it."

"The enemy sends their ships after us! Let's do the same thing!"

Something like that.

Something like that.
I'm not sure how to approach such a thing as I've yet to experience anything W40k related. I just know that it likes to be larger-than-life (I think that's the word).

Splendid!

The main problem here isn't the lack of voice talents, rather the process of writing scripts for each advisors.

I will reach out to you when I am ready as I don't want to overwork myself on projects such as these.

A sontaran like advisor, maybe something like when entering combat "ah the glory of battle", heck if you were to go through with it i'd offer to be the voice
