Per title - character who did escape from prison start in UC has a bounty causing Trade Ninjas in Hub to attack.

Problem 1 - isnt Hub mostly neutral? Why would random shop guards be bounty hunting on behalf of UC/Trader's guild (which isnt the same as Trade Ninjas). Good faction reputation with both also.

Problem 2 - if the Trade Ninja's ARE going to collect the guild, it still doesnt work/make sense as they then capture you and take you to the HNO bunkhouse prison nearby, which then releases you (since you dont have a bounty or reason to be imprisoned by HNO) and causes the Trade Ninja's to attack again in a loop.

Either (1) the Trade Ninjas should be neutral and not attempting to collect bounties set by other factions (preferred approach), (2) the HNO prison nearby should recognize the bounty and attempt to keep you until selling you to a UC slaver/enforcer) or (3) the HNO prison should allow removal/reset of the bounty like other appropriate faction prisons.
